Transforming shell space for Baton Rouge Bank expansion.
Resource Bank has been a client of DonahueFavret for many years. Our team was contracted for the design-build of a new branch for the bank as it looked to expand into the Baton Rouge market. The building includes 4,990 SF of space for the bank and 4,790 SF of shell space to be leased. As construction on the building neared completion, the shell space was leased. DonahueFavret was given a change order to design/build this space for the new tenant.
