DonahueFavret Seeks Creative-Minded Marketing Coordinator

As we continue to grow, DonahueFavret is looking for a marketing coordinator to join our Marketing and Business Development Department. Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the creation, development and implementation of various marketing efforts as it relates to the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing
  • Creates proposals and qualifications for project pursuits (including assisting Pre-Construction when needed) under the direction of the Director of Marketing.
  • Updates resumes for office and field personnel as projects complete.
  • Prepares annual update of AIA A305 and as needed for RFQs.
  • Prepares and disseminates press releases as needed.
  • Responsible for updating project sheets and DFC website with new projects, awards, etc.
  • Assists Director of Marketing in developing an annual content management strategy.
  • Updates social media platforms per content management strategy.
  • Prepares monthly DFC employee newsletter with HR Director.
  • Participates in marketing- and community-focused events.
  • Prepares interview presentations as needed under the direction of the Director of Marketing.
  • Coordinates project photography with Director of Marketing. Liaise with architect as needed. Maintain project photos on company server.
  • Assists in preparation of annual award submittals.
  • Attend industry-related conferences as requested.
  • Participates in 1 on 1’s with Director of Marketing on a weekly basis.
Administrative Support
  • Types and designs general correspondence, proposals, memos, charts, tables, business plans, etc. for Partners, VP of Preconstruction, Estimators and Director of Business Development.
  • Responds to routine external correspondence.
  • Maintains the confidentiality of all corporate matters.
  • Collaborates with other administrative personnel to accomplish organizational goals.
  • Provides backup to Estimator Assistant during absences & as needed for bids.
  • Assists Estimator Assistant as needed during heavy loads (insert agenda into plans, help with call lists, copy spec books, etc.).
  • Assists Estimators with various requests, such as finding local reps for pricing, printing letters, etc.
  • Answers front desk phone on a rotating basis.
  • Coordinates ordering of new business cards, letterhead reprints, etc.
  • Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Maintains CRM and Constant Contact databases.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree with a Marketing focus is preferred.

Two years’ experience in a marketing role, business-to-business marketing preferred but not required.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Presentation software.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
