Summary
The Director of Human Resources will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies and activities of the Human Resources (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy. The HR Director will implement human resources strategies around talent acquisition, management, and development as well as managing employee relations, compensation, and benefits. This position reports to the President & Chief Executive Officer and currently has no direct reports.

Education Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-CP/SCP and/or PHR/SPHR certified
Experience Qualifications
Minimum: years of work experience as a Human Resources professional
Preferred: 8+ years of Human Resources leadership experience in Construction industry
Work Environment
This is a full-time position with the expectation of working in an office setting during normal business hours.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods, move through an office environment, use hands and arms, talk, hear, and view a computer monitor for extended periods. Lifting up to 15+lbs occurs occasionally.
