DonahueFavret Seeks Project Manager Assistant

Position Summary

This position provides ongoing support to the Project Manager (PM) and Site Superintendents for several multi-million-dollar commercial construction projects, including but not limited to, project start-up, job control log (submittals & RFIs), contracts and closeout procedures. The PMA must communicate effectively with DFC project staff, the project owner, design team, subcontractors, vendors and other affiliated parties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

College degree or comparable professional administrative experience, preferably in the Commercial Construction Industry.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

Must have experience with administrative procedures, and operation of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel, and Adobe.

Experience with Vista and ACT is an asset.

Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.
