John Donahue, president and CEO of DonahueFavret Contractors, announced that Lauren Laudun has been elected to the DonahueFavret Board of Directors recently. She became a shareholder of the company earlier this year.
Lauren is no stranger to the construction industry. Her first part-time job was working at DonahueFavret Contractors during the summer when she was a freshman at Mandeville High School. She joined DonahueFavret full time in 2007 and is the Business Development Coordinator.
She went to Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and finished her education at Southeastern Louisiana University, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Economics.
Lauren has served on the Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association’s Northshore Heart Walk and The President’s Council for the Mary Bird Perkin’s event, Benefits of Home. She volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and was instrumental in helping to fundraise for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.
