BIM/VDC Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM/VDC Specialist to support our construction project teams by managing and producing high-quality Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) deliverables. This role focuses on BIM modeling, coordination, and emerging technologies to drive efficiency and cost savings in building design, fabrication, and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans.
• Create and coordinate models for HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and piping systems using Revit and Navisworks.
• Conduct clash detection and facilitate trade coordination meetings.
• Perform laser scanning, drone flights, and photogrammetry analysis.
• Ensure quality control of virtually coordinated systems and as-built models.
• Leverage BIM-based analytics tools and stay updated on new technologies.

Qualifications:

• Certifications and Experience in BIM/VDC work, or Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Knowledge of building systems (Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, etc.).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with laser scanning and willingness to obtain a Commercial Drone Pilot's License.
