DonahueFavret Contractors is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator.

The Marketing Coordinator creates technical and creative content for qualifications, project proposals, awards, and marketing materials under the direction of the Director of Marketing, promoting the company's products and services through strategic use of graphics, copywriting, logos, and other materials. Strong organizational, writing, proofreading skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are required.

In addition to the Director of Marketing and VP of Business Development, key internal relationships include Estimators, Project Manager Assistants, Project Managers, Project Executives, Superintendents, and other Business Development Representatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

General Marketing Duties:
  • Conduct research on projects, clients, and the industry.
  • Use Adobe Creative Cloud to prepare graphics, layouts, and presentations.
  • Maintain marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
  • Assist in creating marketing collateral, maintaining templates, and updating company documents.
  • Edit and proofread marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Proposals:
  • Ensure the production of high-quality marketing materials while adhering to brand standards.
  • Support Business Development and Proposal Teams with high-quality proposal production.
  • Assist Director of Marketing in the proposal process, including content creation, copywriting, graphic development, reviews, and timely submissions.
  • Assist with prequalification packages, presentations, resumes, and other client deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather proposal components and data.
  • Collaborate on the full proposal lifecycle, ensuring compliance with SOQ/RFQ/proposal requirements and deadlines.
  • Produce and format SOQs/RFQs/proposals for digital reproduction, as well as document printing, binding, and delivery.
  • Maintain templates, project data, and the proposal language library.
Media:
  • Facilitate social media and online presence, including content creation and scheduling.
  • Draft and propose communication campaigns for social media, print, and other channels.
  • Create engaging content for websites, social media, and external outlets.
  • Collaborate with Operations to understand product and communication needs.
  • Gather and analyze materials to determine effective communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR on internal communications and marketing-related events.
  • Draft content for resumes, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

  • Increasing ability in digital marketing, social media, and content management systems.

  • Collaborates effectively with executives, engineers, project managers, and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of proposal production and schedules.
  • Increasing knowledge of A/E/C industry trends, and experience in the A/E/C proposal process.
  • Increasing knowledge of SOQ/proposal production and binding processes.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, client focused.
  • Increasing ability in RFP/RFQ process and business/technical writing.
  • Passion for professional development and community involvement.

Computer Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Increasing knowledge of Premiere Pro and Clip Champ.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
