DFC’s office hours are Monday – Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Qualifications
DFC is always looking for candidates with experience across all divisions in Commercial Construction, and education or training in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
We are seeking organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professionals to join our growing team in various project management, coordination, and technical support roles within the commercial construction industry. Our ideal candidates are team players with strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, who thrive in fast-paced environments and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:
- Supporting or leading project management efforts, from start-up through closeout.
- Coordinating with site superintendents, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Managing administrative and technical aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, documentation, and quality control.
- Utilizing technology, including Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
