Altitude Trampoline Park
DonahueFavret Contractors has completed multiple retail locations for Altitude Trampoline Park, all of which were retrofits of previous retail space. The selection process was done by competition on general conditions and fee as well as schedule. Upon selection, DFC began running budgets and working with the local municipalities. Through our preconstruction efforts, the project was brought in at budget and the permit was received on time for construction start. There were significant challenges to ensure budget and schedule did not deviate, and brand standards were met within an existing building. Our team was contracted not only for normal GC scope items, but also to install all of the owner’s trampoline equipment. We worked closely with our owner and architect to ensure a seamless install. When construction was finished, our team completed the already tight schedule nearly a month early.
