Iberia Bank - PanAm

Iberia Bank Office Expansion

DonahueFavret Contractors was selected by competitive bid to build the Iberia Bank New Orleans Corporate Headquarters on the 21st floor of the Pan American Building. The project was a multi-phase project in an existing occupied building. The project team overcame many challenges that were presented by the project in order to eliminate client interruption, such as night and weekend work as well as precise coordination for scheduling construction work and deliveries.

The project houses the top corporate executives and features many high-end finishes such as natural hardwood floors, marble countertops and frameless glass storefront office windows and openings. The space was fit out with extremely advanced telecommunications capabilities that had to all be coordinated and executed with precision due to the end user.

The client was so pleased with the work of the first two phases, a third and final phase was negotiated with DonahueFavret. This third phase included a monumental staircase that linked the 20th and 21st floors together complete with marble stair treads and glass handrails. The project also included Nanawall sliding glass doors and a putting green in the corner of the atrium.
