DonahueFavret has built multiple ground-up Target retail stores in over 10 locations across the Gulf South. The type of construction for these buildings consisted of block CMU structure with structural steel interior beams and metal deck and joist. The completion for each of the projects was 180 days from start including a full site development package. Site development entailed full site clearing, drainage, paving and utilities of over 15 acres.
