Matt Weeks excels in finding practical solutions to construction challenges. He brings 29 years of experience to ensure the successful completion of each project. Matt was elected to the Board of Directors in 2014 and became a shareholder in 2019. As a project superintendent, he has led the on-site teams of some of our largest projects, including First Baptist Covington, Chalmette Elementary School, and Pontchartrain Housing Corporation.
Matt and Max Ferran serve on DonahueFavret's Safety Committee, which meets monthly to review independent safety reports, warnings given in the field, and project manager audits.
