Historic Hotel of America undergoes renovation, critical updates.
Originally constructed in 1907, Le Pavillon has become a distinguished member of Historic Hotels of America. Our team completed a comprehensive renovation across three floors: the basement, and the first and second floors (with particular emphasis on a thorough transformation of the second floor). The project scope covers 12 guest rooms and suites, eight meeting rooms, a bar and restaurant, and a fitness room, along with main lobby. The project also included renovation of the back-of-house, including kitchens, break rooms, and restrooms.
