New community building fits within historic neighborhood.
This 8,000 SF two-story wood-framed structure was designed to fit into a historic neighborhood in Mandeville, LA. The Samaritan Center provides emergency food assistance to those in the community who are in need. This project presented several challenges due to severe weather and poor soil, which required the site to be undercut by two feet.
