Tulane School of Medicine 5th Floor Renovation

Tulane Hutchinson 5th Floor Renovation was completed as part of our continued efforts at Tulane University’s Downtown Campus. Following the successful completion of the Tulane Reily Pavilion 4th Floor renovation and alongside the Tulane Hutchinson 7th Floor Renovation, this marked the third Tulane project delivered within just over 18 months.

The renovation encompassed just under 6,000 square feet on the 5th Floor of the Hutchinson Building and consisted primarily of lab and tissue culture spaces. The finishes and layout closely mirrored the larger renovation completed two floors above, creating a cohesive and consistent environment throughout the building while supporting Tulane’s ongoing research initiatives.
