Located within a new affordable housing development, the Ascension DePaul Oretha Castle Haley Clinic spans 8,800 square feet, and includes 15 examination rooms, procedure rooms, nurses stations, a pharmacy, and various amenities. Our team was hired to perform preconstruction and construction services for this new clinic. Preconstruction included budget analysis, value engineering, and long lead material procurement to facilitate a fast-tracked project delivery. Construction of this project was achieved in approximately five months. This facility stands as a valuable asset for the healthcare community, specializing in pediatric care and behavioral health services.
