Borgne
In the midst of renovating the 1,200-room Hyatt Regency hotel DonahueFavret was also contracted to perform the build-out of Borgne, a high-end restaurant located on the first floor of the hotel. Premium finishes featured specialty plaster wall panels, a custom millwork bar, and oyster-shell clad columns. The fast-tracked project was complete prior to the opening of the hotel in only 98 days.
