High-end finishes built to compliment adjacent luxury hotel.
Our team negotiated with the restaurant ownership to complete this fast-tracked project while also completing a large remodel for Hotel Intercontinental. High-end millwork and finishes, three custom bars, a full kitchen, and all associated MEP were all part of the project. Because of the extensive concrete trenching work required for the underground plumbing, the team had to coordinate all disruptive work after hours, which presented challenges. This project was completed on time and within budget.
