DonahueFavret Contractors was hired early on by CommCare Corporation to provide preconstruction and construction services for four new skilled nursing facilities in the Louisiana area. Our preconstruction services included budgeting, scheduling, constructability review, permit assistance as well as complete architectural, civil, structural, and MEP system analysis. We have completed four projects, and recently completed two additional facilities in Natchitoches, LA and Lake Charles, LA.
The buildings are all new construction and range in size from 55,000 to 101,000 square feet and range in cost from $11,000,000 to $21,000,000. The buildings are wood-framed structures and Hardie and brick façade with shingle roofing. The interiors consist of high end finishes such as granite countertops and tile bathrooms.
