Existing healthcare facility renovated to accommodate changing medical needs.
Ocean’s Behavioral Health was an overhaul to an existing facility that included a complete gut of the interior and removal of roof structure of an existing 25,000 SF facility. The build back included replacement of the existing roof structure with new metal trusses, deck, and shingles. The interior buildout was needed to accommodate Behavioral Health Inpatients, and therefore, anti-ligature products and installation methods were implemented. The mechanical and electrical systems were updated as well to bring the outdated existing systems up to modern standards.
