DonahueFavret Contractors has performed two projects at Chateau de Notre Dame in New Orleans over the past few years. DonahueFavret was selected after competitively bidding the first project, the addition of a two-story Post Acute Rehabilitation Facility. The project was a pile-supported steel structure that tied into the existing historic facility. This project had an extremely tight site lay-down area and took a high level of coordination between the construction team and the operations staff as we integrated the buildings together.

I am the Chief Engineer at Chateau de Notre Dame and I just wanted to say that i rather enjoyed working with John. He's easy to communicate with and goes above and beyond, keeping everyone in the loop and the project clean and safe. I have been through a few renovations over the years and never had anyone work so well with staff and especially the residents living here with work going on all around them. He's good at what he does.
