PanAm Life Building Lobby & 11th Floor Renovation

The Pan American Life Center, located on Poydras Street in downtown New Orleans, is one of the premier office buildings in New Orleans. DonahueFavret was tasked with the renovation of both the lobby and the 11th Floor. The lobby received fresh finishes and new fixtures to lighten up the main entrance corridor to this iconic building. The renovation of which was performed in an active space as business men and women still needed to access their office spaces on floors above. The 11th floor renovation included demolishing the existing 11th Floor down to the existing structure and starting with a clean slate. From a new kitchen and dining area to conference rooms, meeting rooms and an auditorium, the roughly 25,000 square foot space offers many amenities to the business culture in the city of New Orleans.
