Historic renovation revives an on campus treasure.
This multi-phased project included renovations to the existing historic Alumni House as well as the addition of the Annex Building, an ADA ramp, and cast-in-place stairs with ornamental bandrails/guardrails, flagstone stair threads, and risers. In the existing house, our team removed and replaced the entire wood subfloor and installed oak flooring.
