Lakeview Regional Medical Pavilion

DonahueFavret Contractors was selected by the nationwide developer, LendLease to construct the Lakeview Regional Medical Pavilion. DFC was brought on after the contract documents were complete but still had a tremendous value engineering effort to get the project into budget. The project was a three story Medical Office building, complete with tilt wall exterior skin. The foundation was completed with spread footing. The entire third floor was built out as a Behavioral Health Clinic for Hospital Corporation of America and included special wall finishes, top of door alarm systems, special light fixtures, handrails, bath accessories, sprinkler heads, door hardware and specialty glazing.

Upon project completion, LendLease named DonahueFavret Contractors as its Construction Partner of the Year among all of their projects across the nation. We have since built out multiple spaces in the building both for LendLease and Lakeview Regional Medical Center.
