Little Oak Middle School

The new addition to Little Oak Middle School Project consists of a 2 story steel framed slab on-grade addition. This project included demolition of existing classrooms and installation of a new library, classrooms, restrooms, and parking lots. The new building construction is structural steel, metal stud framing, CMU framing, exterior wall panels, curtainwall, brick, architectural CMU. Exterior work includes sidewalks, walkway covers, parking lot paving, a new access road, and site lighting. The construction phase was completed in a manner to not disrupt the school year or class time for the students. Along with the new learning areas, the faculty has a new parking lot and covered walk paths to utilize. These renovations modernized the school’s facilities, ensuring an inviting environment for students and staff.
